PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
We also offer outside financing through Care Credit. Care Credit is a credit card that can be applied for through our office with an outside financing company. The qualification process is simple and we usually know within an hour if the patient has been approved. Upon qualifying, you will be extended a line of credit for treatment costs. They offer no-interest payment plans as well as extended payment plans. For more information on this option please contact our office or visit www.carecredit.com.
We would be happy to work with you to plan out the most appropriate arrangements for your budget. Financing your treatment allows you to start your dental care immediately and spread the payments over time. Most importantly, it offers you the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of your dental health without the financial strain.
INSURANCE
As a courtesy to you, we can accept assignment of benefit payments from most insurance companies. We are familiar with and accept most insurance plans. Our office will bill your insurance company for you. This will reduce your immediate, out-of-pocket expenditures. Our office will provide your insurance company with the necessary documents and X-rays at no extra charge. We do however emphasize that as dental care providers, our relationship is with you as our patient, and not with your insurance company or employer. Although we will file your dental claims with your insurance company, all unpaid charges are ultimately the patient’s responsibility.
